Palmary Project & Services Pvt. Ltd. (Palmary) has been affiliated and registered as an Assessment Body (AB) with Directorate General of Employment and Training (DGET) under Ministry of Skills Development & Entrepreneurship for 51 sectors across the country and also associated with NSDC through empanelment with various Sector Skill Councils to conduct the skills assessment of trained candidates.

Palmary conducts assessment for skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower in all trades/sectors identified by the industry. Palmary has assessed over 1.1 Lac+ trained candidates under various Government bodies such as Ministry of Skills Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Ministry of Rural Development (MORD), SIPDA scheme under Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation and several state govt. sponsored scheme through NSDC and DGT supported PMKVY and Non-PMKVY scheme across various Sectors. We have also conducted 5000+ assessments as a Third Party Certification for ministry scheme such a ‘Seekho aur Kamao’, ‘Nai Manzil’, ‘USTTAD’, ‘NULM’, etc and for corporate.

Our Works

Assessment is a process where assessor/examiner assesses the candidates on the skills & knowledge learnt during the training program for respective sector or trade. In case of RPL, assessment is done to do skills gap analysis. A skills gap is the difference between skills that employers want or need, and skills their workforce offer. Trainees are also judged on their behavioral attributes which is very crucial in their professional & personal life.
