Our Works

Assessment is a process where assessor/examiner assesses the candidates on the skills & knowledge learnt during the training program for respective sector or trade. In case of RPL, assessment is done to do skills gap analysis. A skills gap is the difference between skills that employers want or need, and skills their workforce offer. Trainees are also judged on their behavioral attributes which is very crucial in their professional & personal life.
